How much do custom Dormie products cost?
All custom products start at $300 USD plus shipping. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required for each design to secure your spot. When you decide to move forward with design the $200 deposit will be credited against the final amount.
Can I use my first purchase discount towards my original Custom Product?
No, discounts will not be applied to any original custom Dormie Workshop products.
Can I use a logo?
You can if you own the copyright to a logo. If you don’t own the copyright to the logo, or can’t get written approval from the copyright owner to send us, we can’t use it. We’re committed to respecting copyright laws.
What is the design process?
You’ll be teamed up with our custom experts, who will dive into your vision and collaborate with our design team to craft the perfect piece. You’ll receive up to two rounds of edits. Beyond that, additional edits will incur further design fees—so the more details you provide upfront, the smoother (and faster) the process will be!
How long will it take to get my custom product?
On average your custom product will take 8-10 weeks from the time designs are approved and payment is received in full. If your cover is more complex it could take a little longer to complete.
When do I pay for my custom product?
When you have approved the design of your original custom product we will send you an invoice, less your deposit, for the full amount. Once payment is received in full we will begin production on your order.
If I miss when the custom bookings are open will it come back later?
Our custom book will open and close throughout the year based on production capacity. Keep an eye out for emails and social posts letting you know when our book will be opening next!
What if I want several products?
We would be happy to make full sets for you. Each individual product will incur a separate design fee. These separate design fees will be credited to your invoice when full payment is sent.
What is the difference between customization and personalization?
Customization is when we design and make an original Dormie Workshop product just for you. Personalization is when we add personalized text to current Dormie website listed products. If you have more questions please reach out to us at custom@dormieworkshop.com
